Terms of Use

Effective October 19, 2026

These terms apply to the Tenfold app for iPhone. By installing or using Tenfold you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA) also applies to your use of Tenfold.

What Tenfold is

Tenfold edits videos on your iPhone: it removes pauses, filler words and retakes, adds captions, reframes clips and exports the result to Photos. Editing is automatic and may not be perfect. Review your videos before you publish them.

Your content

Your videos, recordings, sounds and text stay yours. Tenfold does not claim any rights to them and does not upload them. You are responsible for having the rights to any footage, music or other material you edit with Tenfold, and for how you publish the result.

Subscriptions

Acceptable use

Do not use Tenfold to make content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to use. Do not try to bypass subscription limits, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with the App Store's purchase system.

Availability and changes

Tenfold may change, add or remove features, and may stop supporting older iPhones or iOS versions. Features that depend on Apple's on-device speech recognition are available only where iOS supports them for your language.

No warranty

Tenfold is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, it comes without warranties of any kind, and its makers are not liable for lost content, lost profits, or any indirect damage arising from its use. Keep your original clips.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
